Wilwood brake kits consist of specifically engineered & matched groups of components designed to provide superior brake system performance & custom appeal over a wide range of applications.

Wilwood’s 140-15892 Aero6 Big Brake front kit is designed specifically for 2018-up Jeep Wrangler JL series. This big brake kit combines 14.00" two-piece GT slotted rotors or SRP drilled and slotted with lightweight aluminum hats, Aero6 six piston calipers, and BP-20 Smart Pads. AERO6 calipers were designed for the specific purpose of providing big capacity braking with large diameter rotors for heavy weight and extreme duty vehicles. It’s the biggest of the big, providing big brake performance for show and dual purpose street and track vehicles. It provides big stopping power for enhanced braking with wheel and tire upgrades. Kits listed for specific vehicles are fully compatible with OE master cylinder output and ABS function. Directional staggered vane 14.00" to rotors provide maximum cooling for sustained high heat durability.

Wilwood’s 140-15930 kits use Forged Narrow Superlite 4R four piston calipers are combined with BP-20 compound pads and 14" rotors in this group of big brake kits that are designed for heavy weight and extreme duty vehicles. This group of specialized kits for Jeep Wrangler JL series retain full use of the OE parking brake, master cylinder output, and ABS where used. FNSL4R rear kits provide complimentary style and performance with 14" and larger front brake upgrades in conjunction with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades. 

These Big Brake kits require at least 18" diameter wheels.

• Brake Hats &

Rear kit includes parts for both rear wheels:

• 0.81" Thick x 14.00" O.D. Rotors
• Narrow Superlite 4R Calipers - Red
• Caliper Mounting Brackets
• BP-20 Smart Compound Brake Pads
• Brake Hats &
• All bolts, washers, shims, and nuts necessary to install the complete braking system on both rear wheels
