Brand New BDS Suspension 4.5" Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks (Part #BDS819H).

BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2016-2021 Toyota Tundra 4WD trucks with a 4.5-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front, the kit utilizes a lower strut extension, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles utilizing replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear, this kit utilizes heavy duty cast steel lift blocks, brake line bracket and longer u-bolts.

Notes:

• Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
  
• No strut disassembly required.
  
• Stock 18" wheels can not be installed. factory 20" wheels with more than 6.25" backspacing can not be installed.
  
• Models with two piece rear drive line would require rear drive shaft modification.
  
• Models equipped with 6 piston calipers will require clearance machining on the caliper near the bolt holes on the mounting surface.
  
• Will NOT work on TRD Pro (Bilstein and Fox Piggyback Strut) models.
  
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming May Be Required) 35 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace or 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace
