BDS is a game changer in performance of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck with a 6.5-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coilovers. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength and durability. To compliment the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity.

• A torsion bar tool is required to unload the torsion bars.
  
• Requires frame bracket and differential modification.
  
• Minor welding is required for coil-over mount installation.
  
• Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
  
• Stock 20" x 8.5" wheels with 6" backspacing or less will fit with a max tire size of 35 x 12.50.
  
• Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop kit (#121612).
  
• Will NOT fit dually applications.
