Brand New BDS Suspension 7" Lift Kit with Front FOX 2.5 Coilovers, 4-Link, Rear FOX 2.5 Shocks & Block Kit (Part #BDS2254PES).

Maximize the capability of your dual rear wheel Ford F350 Super Duty diesel powered truck with this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your dually truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires. Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

Notes:

• Ford recommends the pitman arm nut is replaced prior to pitman arm installation.
• If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" UBT4027 (Qty: 4) is required.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper. If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
• Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
• Larger tires on the stock wheel are not recommended due to the brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 38x13.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
• Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming May Be Required): 38 x 12.5 with 17 x 10 and 5 in. Backspace or 38 x 12.5 with 20 x 10 and 5 in. Backspace
