Brand New BDS Suspension 4" Lift Kit with Crossmember & Block Kit (Part #BDS1963H).

Take full advantage of the Raptor's FOX LiveValve shocks when you install a 4-inch suspension lift kit by BDS Suspension on your 2019-2020 Ford F150 Raptor. After months of engineering, BDS determined that the 4" lift height allows for the best use of the factory equipped FOX Shocks and maintain full range of suspension travel allotted by the factory suspension components. This kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, lower strut extension, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skid plate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear BDS utilizes high strength lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along with rear shock relocation brackets to maintain the FOX internal bypass rear shocks.

• Rear lift options are 4" Block (#BDS1963H) or 5" (#BDS1558H).
• Required frame bracket modification and welding.
  
• Stock wheels cannot be reinstalled with a lift.
  
• Check for proper tie rod end clearance if using 37x12.50 tires on 18x9 (5" BS) wheels
