Up front, the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, forged drop pitman arm, and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. At this height, the transfer case needs to be indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft, so an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied. In the rear, this kit utilizes progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.
Convert the factory-stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
