Go big with the BDS Suspension engineered 8-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for your 2014-2018 RAM 2500 diesel powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 40" tires.
Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets and precision tuned nitrogen charged shocks. At this height, the transfer case needs to be indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft so an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied.
In the rear, careful consideration was taken to design the system for load carrying capacity, handling, and ride quality. To do this, BDS engineered new coil bucket seats to mount them outboard the frame rail similar to a leaf spring style truck. The new upper and lower coil seats require only minor drilling for mounting hardware. The new position allows for a much shorter and more stable coil spring design. This virtually eliminates any chance of coil bowing and ensures the coils react predictably throughout the full range of travel. In addition to the coil springs/mounts, a new track bar relocation system is included to properly set the rear roll-center height and center the axle under the vehicle. The rear track bar relocation includes a new heavy duty adjustable track bar. Finishing out the rear this kit utilizes extended sway bar links.
