BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2013-2018 RAM 1500 trucks, equipped with factory rear air ride, with a 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes top mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear this kit utilizes top mounted air bag spacers, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. Also, new air lines and fittings are supplied to along with ride height sensor brackets to maintain proper positioning and functionality of the factory air ride system at the new height. The rear of these kits are rounded out with your choice of specially tuned gas shocks to offer improved damper performance.

• Due to the complexity of your Rams factory air ride system we highly recommend using an experienced suspension specialist for installation.
• The rack and pinion steering system is extremely sensitive to an out-of-round or out-of-balance tire/wheel combination. As you increase the tire diameter and/or decrease the wheel backspacing the more sensitive the system becomes and can cause minor steering wheel shimmy.
• It Fits factory air ride-equipped trucks only.
• The factory air ride is a closed-loop system. Opening the system more times than recommended in the lift instructions or factory service manual will require the system to be recharged. This can be done at any Ram dealer service department.
• Stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with factory-sized tires only. Stock 17" and 18" wheels will not fit.
• This kit will bolt on Eco-Diesel models but it will require an aftermarket front drive shaft.
