Brand New BDS Suspension 3.5" Lift Kit with Fox 2.0 Performance Shocks (Part #BDS1545FS).

Improve the performance and style of your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger truck by installing this 3.5-inch lift kit from BDS. Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 3.5" leveling kit is engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance without overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop.

To prevent maxing out ball joints or CV damage, BDS gets around this issue by using a 2-piece design with a smaller top mounted steel strut spacer in combination with a preload spacer. To further ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Up front, the lift kit includes steel top mount strut spacers, pre-load spacers, differential relocation brackets and tubular upper control arms. In the rear, this kit includes heavy duty lift shackles.

Notes:

• Aftermarket wheels must have a minimum of 93.1mm center hub bore.
  
• Tires larger than 285/70r17 or 285/65r18 cannot be installed on factory wheels due to steering knuckle clearance.
  
• Will NOT work on trucks equipped with cast steel steering knuckles
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming May Be Required): 285 / 65 with 18 x 9 and 5.75 in. Backspace or 305 / 55 with 20 x 9 and 5 in. Backspace
