Brand New BDS Suspension 4" Lift Kit with NX Nitro Shocks & 4" Block Kit (Part #BDS1523H).

Improve the performance and capability of your 2015-2020 Ford F150 2WD truck by installing a 4-inch suspension lift kit by BDS. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance.

  • 2015-2020 F-150 2WD

• 18" wheels with 5-5.5" total backspacing should be test fir prior to mounting tire to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
  
• 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60-20 tires.
  
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406
  
• Requires frame bracket modification.
  
• This system WILL WORK on Diesel Models.
  
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming may be required): 35 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace or 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5.5 in. Backspace
