Brand New BDS Suspension 6" Lift Kit with NX Nitro Shocks & 5" Block Kit (Part #BDS1522H).

BDS Suspension leads the industry by developing a 2wd specific 6 inch lift kit suspension system for your 2015-2020 Ford F150 2WD truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, and skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse. In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance.

  • 2015-2020 F-150 2WD

• The 4" blocks will net a level/tail LOW stance (#BDS1918). The 5" blocks will net a level/tail HIGH stance (#BDS1522).
• 18" wheels with 5-5.5" total backspacing should be tested before mounting to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406
• This system WILL WORK on Diesel Models.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming may be required): 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5 in. Backspace or 37 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5 in. Backspace
