Brand New BDS Suspension 8" Lift Kit with NX Nitro Series Shocks & Leaf Springs (Part #BDS148H).

Go big with your 1988-1991 Chevy and GMC 3/4 ton Suburban to raise the bar to new heights with this 8-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, 4" steering arm and 3" steering block for steering correction, brake line brackets, and sway bar drop brackets. In the rear this kit utilizes a set of Glide-Ride leaf springs for the ultimate performance on and off road and new u-bolts.

Compatible with:

• Chevrolet:
  • 1988-1991 Blazer
  • 1988 V20 Suburban
  • 1989-1991 V2500 Suburban
• GMC:
  • 1988-1991 Jimmy 4WD

Notes:

• Both driveshafts may need to be lengthened.
  
• Aftermarket extended brake lines are required for installation.
  
• Exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft.
  
• Emergency brake cable extension kit may be required.
  
• #001608 comes with OE style rubber bushings installed.
  
• The 3/4 ton commonly came with a factory 56" eye to eye rear leaf spring. However, some were produced with a 52" rear spring. This kit will not work with 52" rear springs. If ordering rear leaf springs, be sure to measure your factory rear spring before ordering.
  
• If equipped with a factory front sway bar, order the front sway bar shackle link.
  Some vehicle came with factory front dual shocks. If you wish to replace the factory duals, you must order additional two auxiliary shocks.
• Recommended Tires & Wheels (Trimming may be required): 38 x 15.5 with 15 x 10 and 3.5 in. Backspace
