Notes:

• Does not fit PowerBoost Hybrid trucks (driveshaft clearance).
  
• Some longer wheelbase trucks have a 2-piece driveshaft that requires additional brackets to correct driveline angle.
  
• Trucks equipped with headlight sensors require bracket kit Part # 12299501
  
• Trucks equipped with four headlight sensors (On-board Scale option) require bracket kit Part # 12299502
