Brand New Ridetech Rear StrongArms System for C7 Hubs with 33/35 Spline Outer Axles (Part #11537194).

Similar to the “standard” Ridetech Rear StrongArm System, this is system is upgraded for use with C7 Corvette hubs, extreme duty outer axles and C5/C6 brakes.  These upgrades provide maximum strength, consistent braking and reduced maintenance. Includes offset trailing arms, outer axles, shock crossmember (for stock differential), camber rods with R-Joints & hardware.  Hubs and coilovers not included.

Fits:

  • Chevrolet:
    • 1963-1979 Corvette

Notes:

  • Hubs: 1997-2013 Corvette (C5/C6) or 2014-2019 Corvette (C7).  C7 hubs are preferred (such as Moog 512558), they are stronger and more cost effective (no wheel speed sensor).
  • Brakes: Any 1997-2013 Corvette (C5/C6) will fit (OE replacement or aftermarket).

Features:

  • Eliminates stock spindle and outer axle/bearing assembly and instead uses a C7 Corvette hub.
  • Includes 33/35 Spline outer stub axle made of Hy-Tuf alloy steel (manufactured by Strange).
  • Utilizes a 1350 outer U-joint, matches stock thru 1979 model year.
  • Compatible with stock length axle shafts.
  • Includes camber rod with R-Joint rod ends along with integrated lower camber rod mount to correct camber gain.
  • Offset trailing arms for increased tire clearance. Truss design provides lightweight strength.
  • Designed for use with Ridetech Coil-overs (sold separately). Lowers ride height approximately 1-3″.
  • Upper crossmember and camber rod brackets create bolt on installation to stock frame mounts and stock differential.
  • Integrated brake mount accepts C5/C6 Corvette rear brake kit (most require 17″ or larger wheels).
  • Not compatible with parking brake
  • Minimum 17″ wheels.
  • Spherical bearing forward mount.
