Brand New Ridetech Air Ride System with Currie 9" Ford Rear End, Southwest Speed Posi-Trac 3rd Member, and Wilwood Disc Brake Kit, including Front Upper & Lower StrongArms, Front ShockWaves, Rear CoolRide with HQ Series Shocks, Front & Rear MuscleBar Sway Bars, Rear StrongArms, 2" Drop Spindles, 13" Front & 12" Rear Rotors, Brake Calipers, Power Brake Booster, Master Cylinder, Proportioning Valve, Brake Lines, Parking Brake Cable Kit, and more (Part #11300298-72).
This Air Suspension kit is specifically designed for the 1967-1970 Chevy "B" Body cars and includes everything needed to provide an ultra low show stance while maintaining excellent ride quality and handling. The system contains front upper and lower StrongArms, front & rear MuscleBars, front HQ Series Shockwaves, rear StrongArms with Adjustable Panhard Bar, rear CoolRide and rear HQ Series shocks. The benefit of buying a complete suspension system is that it takes all of the guesswork out when purchasing a new suspension. Ridetech has spent hours collecting data to find a perfect spring rate and components for your vehicle's performance and ride quality.
This Currie 9" Ford notch-back rear end has the stock mounts to accept the Ridetech StrongArms. The Southwest Speed 3rd member is the perfect compliment to the Currie rear end. It comes completely assembled and ready to bolt in the Currie housing, with a 31 spline posi-trac unit, premium ring & pinion, and solid shim set. This kit comes with a 3.70 ratio gear, which is a good cruising ratio. We have ratios from 3.50 to 5.00 that can be substituted in for no additional cost. If you would like a different ratio besides the 3.70, just make sure to request that.

Note: Most cars were equipped with 1 rear upper trailing arm from the factory, therefore only 1 StrongArm is included in this system. However, some cars were equipped with a 2nd upper arm, requiring the purchase of a additional arm.

Upper StrongArms:
- Featuring corrected ball joint angles and the upper ball joint have been moved back to allow for additional caster setting to improve high speed stability and steering feel.
- They are powder coated satin black and fully assembled with ball joints, bushing and cross shafts, ready for installation.
- Lower StrongArms:
- Feature a double sheer lower mount for increased strength. They are powder coated satin black and fully assembled with ball joints, bushing and cross shafts, ready for installation.

HQ Series Shockwaves:
- Utilize an impact forged aluminum body and Monotube design to deliver excellent ride quality and handling. They allow fine tuning of the ride quality and handling the rebound knob is located at the top of the shock for under hood access.

Front & Rear MuscleBar Sway Bars:
- The Front Sway Bar helps reduce body roll and creates room for wider front tires. An adjustable-rate Rear Sway Bar is also included, which is a great tool for tuning front/rear grip. Both include billet aluminum mounts (anodized black) and low friction bushings.
- Rear StrongArms:
- Provide added strength to help get the power to the pavement. They utilize R-Joint Technology to provide smooth operation and reduce roll bind.

HQ Series Rear Shocks:
- Utilize an impact forged aluminum body and Monotube design to deliver excellent ride quality and handling.
- Rear CoolRide system simply bolts in place of the stock springs.

Currie 9-Plus Notch-Back Rear End with 31 Spline Axles
- Currie Crate Rear Ends are designed to be a bolt-in upgrade
- 9-Plus notchback heavy duty housing
- 31 Spline performance axle package
- Built to the stock overall width (63 1/2") and pinion offset specs
- 63 1/2" is measured outside-of-axle-flange to outside-of-axle-flange, in other words, where the wheel bolts on to where the wheel bolts on
- All new laser-cut and formed trailing arm and shock mount brackets are installed in the stock location for an easy bolt in installation
- Housing includes all 3rd member studs installed

- Stock 5 x 4 3/4" wheel bolt pattern

- The Axle flanges on this rear end are the Big Bearing Ford (New Style), also known as "Torino", which fit the Wilwood brakes perfectly

Southwest Speed 9" Ford Rear End Third Member with Posi Trac-Loc:
- This kit comes with a 3.70 ratio gear, which is a good cruising ratio. We have ratios from 3.50 to 5.00 that can be substituted in. If you would like a different ratio besides the 3.70, just make sure to request that.

- Wilwood tandem chamber master cylinders represent the latest refinements in brake pressure actuation and fluid control. The exclusive Wilwood features incorporated in this innovative and unique new design make it the perfect choice for a wide range of custom manual or power brake applications.
- High-pressure die casting of a premium alloy produces a high-capacity body that is lightweight, looks great, and has the durability for competition. A black anodized, machined billet lid captures a pressure balanced bellows gasket with 100% sealing against moisture invasion or fluid leakage.
- Each master cylinder is configured with full separation between the front and rear reservoir chambers and fluid outlets. There is pressure access on both sides of the piston bore for right or left hand plumbing based on mount location. A total piston stroke of 1.10" is distributed at a 2:1 volume ratio between the primary and secondary chambers.

Adjustable Combination Proportioning Valve:
