- VARIATIONS IN THE ORIFICE SIZE EVEN THE SAME DRILL DOES NOT MAKE THE SAME SIZE ORIFICE EACH TIME. REAMING IS THE ONLY WAY TO INSURE EXACT ORIFICE SIZE
- ENTRANCE CONDITIONS THESE CAN MAKE A CONSIDERABLE DIFFERENCE IN FLOW, YET ARE OFTEN OVERLOOKED. THIS IS DUE TO THE GENEROUSLY ROUNDED ENTRANCE, WHICH MAKES IT EASIER FOR THE MINUTE PARTICLES (MOLECULES) OF FUEL TO GET INTO THE ORIFICE.
