SUPPLIED WITH 22-1/2" TAPERED 1-5/8" TO 3-1/2" MEGA-PHONES. THE MEGA-PHONES ARE SUPPLIED UN-CUT, JUST THE 1-5/8" INLET AND 3-1/2" OUTLET, TO ALLOW ALMOST ANY CONFIGURATION DESIRED BY CUTTING AND WELDING TUBES WHERE THE CUSTOMER DESIRES. ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO BLOW ACROSS THE SALT FLATS OF BONNEVILLE, THESE EXPOSED SMALL BLOCK MOPAR HEADERS WORK GREAT ON RODS WITHOUT HOODS, BUT ARE OFTEN USED WITH SIDE SKIRTS TRIMMED UP TO FIT AROUND THE HEADERS. EACH LAKE STYLE HEADER KIT HAS A BOTTOM EXIT FLANGE SO YOU CAN CONNECT IT TO A MUFFLED UNDER-CAR EXHAUST, IF DESIRED, WHEN THE END PLATE IS ON. UNBOLTING AND REMOVING THE END CAPS, DELIVERS THE TRUE HORSEPOWER AND SOUND OF THE SMALL BLOCK MOPAR ENGINE. FEATURES 1 5/8" PRIMARY TUBES MERGING TO THE 3-1/2" MEGA-PHONE COLLECTORS, COMPLETE WITH HEADER BOLTS AND GASKETS, REDUCER BOLTS AND GASKETS, AND END CAP BOLTS AND GASKETS. THESE HEADER KITS NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED BY SOMEONE WHO IS PROFICIENT AT FABRICATING AND WELDING, THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR AMATEUR FABRICATORS. THESE HEADER KITS MUST EITHER BE TIG WELDED OR MIG WELDED. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO BE ARC WELDED OR STICK WELDED.
HEADER RETURN POLICY:
PLEASE REFER TO THE HEADER MEASUREMENT CHART BELOW TO MAKE SURE THE HEADER WILL FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION BEFORE ORDERING. IN THE EVENT YOU ORDER A HEADER THAT WILL NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE HEADER. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE HEADER THE FINISH WILL BE PROTECTED AND MUST REMAIN UNSCRATCHED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU BEND OR DIMPLE ANY OF THE TUBES OR SCRATCH THE FINISH, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE HEADER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. USE CARE WHEN TRIAL FITTING HEADERS. REPACK THEM WELL TO PREVENT DAMAGE RETURNING THEM TO US. WE WILL NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR SCRATCHED, DIMPLED, DENTED, OR BENT HEADERS.
