Brand New Pair of Southwest Speed Flat Black T-Bucket Fenderless Classic Roadster Style Headers for Small Block Ford 260-351ci Windsor Engines (Part #440-2579).

This pair of Southwest Speed classic roadster style headers is perfect for hot rods, street rods, rat rods, and nostalgia rods. Nothing gives your classic roadster that authentic competition look like a set of classic roadster style headers. Aggressively styled and modeled after classic roadster headers, they're designed to route exhaust over and outside the frame rails, then down the sides of the vehicle. These are an excellent choice for most roadsters with small block Ford engines. Originally taken from classic sprint car design, these exposed small block Ford headers work great on rods without hood sides, but are often used with side skirts trimmed to fit around the headers. The headers are ground parallel with .350" flanges on the cylinder head surface and feature 1-5/8" primary tubes with 3-1/2" open collectors. They come complete with header bolts and gaskets. Open collectors are designed to have exhaust extensions or mufflers slipped over the 3-1/2" collector. Fits angle or straight plug heads with no spark plug or wire restrictions.

Paint Warning:

These headers are painted with high heat dull black paint. The paint will generally dull further when the engine starts. The header paint will smoke and release odor the first few times the engine reaches temperature, and the black finish will become duller, turning closer to gray. If exhaust temperatures are extreme at startup, the paint will blister and peel. There is no warranty on header paint.

Please refer to the header measurement chart to ensure the header will fit your vehicle before ordering. If you order a header that won't fit your vehicle, you may return it for a refund if the header remains undamaged. When you receive the header, the finish will be protected and must remain unscratched for a refund. If you bend, dimple, dent, or scratch the header, we cannot sell it and cannot process a refund. Use care when trial fitting headers and repack them well to prevent damage. We will not process refunds for scratched, dimpled, dented, or bent headers.
