KNOWN RESTRICTIONS:
- GENERALLY WILL NOT FIT STOCK MODEL T OR A DUE TO NARROW FRAME WIDTH, PARTICULARLY ON PASSENGER SIDE
- GENERALLY WILL NOT FIT WITH STOCK STEERING ON 32-34 CARS, BUT WORKS WELL WITH THE VEGA CROSS-STEER SETUP
- WORKS WELL IN 35-41 FORDS USING OUR 105-7974 VEGA STEERING BOX BRACKET AND VEGA STEERING BOXES
- 42-48 CARS WILL OCCASIONALLY REQUIRE SHIMMING OF MOTOR MOUNTS TO RAISE ENGINE TO CLEAR STEERING LINKAGE
- 49-51 CARS WILL HAVE FITTING PROBLEMS DUE TO INTERFERENCE WITH STOCK STEERING BOX AND STEERING LINKAGE
- ON MOST PICKUPS THE STEERING BOX CAN NORMALLY BE CLEARANCED SLIGHTLY TO ALLOW THESE HEADERS TO BE USED
POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL WARNING:
STAINLESS HEADER TUBING WHEN EXPOSED TO EXHAUST TEMPERATURE WILL CAUSE THE FINISH TO CHANGE COLOR WHICH WILL VARY WITH THE EXHAUST TEMPERATURES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FINISH OF THE HEADER WHEN THE ENGINE IS STARTED WILL CHANGE TO A LIGHT CHAMPAGNE COLOR TO A DARKER GOLD FINISH AND IN SOME INSTANCE MAY EVEN TURN DARK BLUE OR PURPLE. THIS CAN BE POLISHED OUT WHEN UTILIZING BLUE-AWAY OR SIMI-CHROME POLISH, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN THE HEADERS REACH RUNNING TEMPERATURE, THEY MAY CHANGE COLOR AGAIN. NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS ON POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

PLEASE REFER TO THE HEADER MEASUREMENT CHART BELOW TO MAKE SURE THE HEADER WILL FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION BEFORE ORDERING. IN THE EVENT YOU ORDER A HEADER THAT WILL NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE HEADER. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE HEADER THE FINISH WILL BE PROTECTED AND MUST REMAIN UNSCRATCHED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU BEND OR DIMPLE ANY OF THE TUBES OR SCRATCH THE FINISH, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE HEADER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. USE CARE WHEN TRIAL FITTING HEADERS. REPACK THEM WELL TO PREVENT DAMAGE RETURNING THEM TO US. WE WILL NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR SCRATCHED, DIMPLED, DENTED, OR BENT HEADERS.
