  • THIS PAIR OF SOUTHWEST SPEED BLOCK HUGGER SHORTY HEADERS ARE GREAT FOR CLOSE OR TIGHT FIT APPLICATIONS. THEY WILL ONLY FIT 1994 & LATER LT-4 STYLE D-PORT HEADS, AND ZZ-4 CRATE ENGINES IN MANY DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS AND ARE GREAT FOR ENGINE SWAPS WHERE A SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED HEADER IS NOT AVAILABLE.THESE HEADERS ARE GROUND PARALLEL WITH .380" FLANGES ON THE CYLINDER HEAD SURFACE, AND FEATURE 1-5/8" PRIMARY TUBES WITH 2 1/2" BALL FLANGE COLLECTORS, COMPLETE WITH HEADER BOLTS AND GASKETS. BALL FLANGE COLLECTORS ARE AN OEM DONUT STYLE SEAL, SO NO GASKETS OR COLLECTOR REDUCERS ARE NEEDED. FITS ANGLE OR STRAIGHT PLUG HEADS, 1992-AND-LATER LT4 STYLE D-PORT HEADS, & ZZ-4 CRATE ENGINES WITH NO SPARK PLUG OR SPARK PLUG WIRE RESTRICTIONS.

THIS COATING WILL REFLECT HEAT, WHICH HELPS RETAIN MORE HEAT WITHIN THE HEADER TUBE, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY SPEEDING UP THE EXHAUST FLOW. NOT ONLY WILL THIS COATING HELP YOU MAKE MORE HORSEPOWER, IT ALSO KEEPS YOUR HEADERS RUST-FREE, LOOKING GREAT, AND LASTING LONGER (WHEN PROPERLY MAINTAINED). IF THE COATING IS DAMAGED DUE TO A LEAN CONDITION, THE COATING WILL NOT BE WARRANTED, BUT CAN BE RECOATED FOR A FEE. NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS ON CERAMIC HOT COATED EXHAUST ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

    PLEASE REFER TO THE HEADER MEASUREMENT CHART BELOW TO MAKE SURE THE HEADER WILL FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION BEFORE ORDERING. IN THE EVENT YOU ORDER A HEADER THAT WILL NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING YOU DONT DAMAGE THE HEADER. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE HEADER THE FINISH WILL BE PROTECTED AND MUST REMAIN UNSCRATCHED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU BEND OR DIMPLE ANY OF THE TUBES OR SCRATCH THE FINISH, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE HEADER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. USE CARE WHEN TRIAL FITTING HEADERS. REPACK THEM WELL TO PREVENT DAMAGE RETURNING THEM TO US. WE WONT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR SCRATCHED, DIMPLED, DENTED, OR BENT HEADERS.
