Brand New Pair of Southwest Speed Ceramic Hot Coated Shorty Headers for 1955-1957 Tri-5 Chevy Small Block Chevy 262-400ci Engines (Part #440-2037).
This Pair of Southwest Speed Tri-5 Shorty Headers will work great for installing Small Block Chevrolet Engines in a 1955-1957 Tri-Five with the original steering box or the popular GM 605 steering boxes. The passenger side header is shorter to clear the the idler arm. Features 1-1/2" tubes with 2-1/2" collectors, complete with header bolts and gaskets and reducer bolts and gaskets. These headers are ground parallel with .350" flanges on the cylinder head surface, & includes a pair of 2-1/2" to 2-1/4" reducers to complete the installation. Fits angle or straight plug heads, no spark plug or spark plug wire restrictions.

Ceramic Hot Coated Warning:
SCHC Coatings will burn and be damaged at exhaust temperature over 1300 degrees. A lean fuel mixture can generate exhaust temperatures exceeding 1700-1900 degrees. If the coating is damaged due to a lean condition. The coating will not be warranted, but can be recoated for a fee. No warranty or returns on ceramic hot coated exhaust items once they have been installed.
Header Return Policy:
Please refer to the header measurement chart below to make sure the header will fit your vehicle and application before ordering. In the event you order a header that will not fit your vehicle and application, you may return them for a refund, providing you don't damage the header. When you receive the header the finish will be protected and must remain unscratched for a refund. If you bend or dimple any of the tubes or scratch the finish, we will not be able to sell the header and will not be able to process a refund. Use care when trial fitting headers. Repack them well to prevent damage returning them to us. We won't process refunds for scratched, dimpled, dented, or bent headers.
