Brand New Pair of Southwest Speed Triple Chrome Plated Shorty Headers for 1955-1957 Tri-5 Chevy Small Block Chevy 262-400ci Engines (Part #440-2035).

This Pair of Southwest Speed Tri-5 Shorty Headers will work great for installing Small Block Chevrolet Engines in a 1955-1957 Tri-Five with the original steering box or the popular GM 605 steering boxes. The passenger side header is shorter to clear the the idler arm. Features 1-1/2" tubes with 2-1/2" collectors, complete with header bolts and gaskets and reducer bolts and gaskets. These headers are ground parallel with .350" flanges on the cylinder head surface, & includes a pair of 2-1/2" to 2-1/4" reducers to complete the installation. Fits angle or straight plug heads, no spark plug or spark plug wire restrictions.

Chrome Warning:

Due to a revised chroming process, brought on by recent EPA regulations and high labor costs, today's chrome is not the quality of days gone by. Be Aware: Exhaust components, which are chrome-plated are now much more susceptible to blueing, blistering, peeling and corrosion. We see very few headers that do not change color once exhaust temperatures are achieved. No warranty or returns on chrome exhaust items once they have been installed.

Header Return Policy:

Please refer to the header measurement chart below to make sure the header will fit your vehicle and application before ordering. In the event you order a header that will not fit your vehicle and application, you may return them for a refund, providing you don't damage the header. When you receive the header the finish will be protected and must remain unscratched for a refund. If you bend or dimple any of the tubes or scratch the finish, we will not be able to sell the header and will not be able to process a refund. Use care when trial fitting headers. Repack them well to prevent damage returning them to us. We won't process refunds for scratched, dimpled, dented, or bent headers.
