Brand New Southwest Speed Front Power Disc Brake Conversion Kit with Power Brake Booster, Master Cylinder Kit, Tubular Control Arms, OE Spindles, 11" Disc Brake Kit, & D52 Calipers (Part #205-28911).

This Southwest Speed kit includes stock-height replacement spindles, power brake booster, master cylinder, proportioning valve kit, 11" rotors, and new D52 single-piston calipers, engineered to maintain original steering geometry while providing enhanced braking performance for street and track use. The precision-engineered components are suitable for daily drivers, race cars, and show vehicles.

Kit Includes:

  • Power Brake Booster & 1-1/8" Bore Master Cylinder Kit (Part #300-60692):
    • This kit features a single diaphragm brake booster, tandem chamber master cylinder, and proportioning valve kit. 
    • The mounting brackets in the rear have a 4-bolt pattern with a side-to-side measurement of 3 3/8 inches, and a slotted top-to-bottom measurement of 1 3/16 inches to 1 3/8 inches (measured center-to-center). 
    • The brackets accept 3/8" mounting bolts. This particular kit is typically used on vehicles with front discs and rear drums. We also have kits for disc/disc applications.
    • Southwest Speed Zinc Power Brake Booster:
      • 11" single diaphragm booster
      • Delco-Moraine style booster
      • Brackets to mount the booster directly to the firewall
      • Includes clevis and rod extension
    • Tandem Chamber Master Cylinder:
      • Measures 8 3/4" from mount surface to front of cylinder body
      • Features a deep piston design & includes a piston adapter that allows it to be used for manual or power applications
    • Proportioning Valve:
      • Engineered to ensure that the proper amount of pressure is sent to the rear wheels when the brakes are applied
      • 100% tested to ensure long lasting reliable performance
    • Steel Fluid Tubes:
      • Precision bent with preinstalled tube nuts for a simple bolt-on installation
    • Valve Mounting Bracket:
      • Valve on the left (driver's side) of the cylinder
  • OE Replacement Spindles & 11" Brake Kit with D52 Calipers (Part #205-1891):
    • Southwest Speed spindle and brake kits consist of precision engineered components designed to provide superior brake system performance & custom appeal.
    • SWS Spindles are designed to be exact stock replacement, and will accept the stock ball joints.  They don't change the vehicle's steering geometry. These 1-piece rotor and hat kits deliver the cost effective combination for braking power and style for American muscle cars and vintage rods.  
    • They are fully compatibility with OE master cylinder output.  They provide solid brake capacity and complimentary style with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades on all types of daily drivers, race vehicles, and ultra-styled show machines.
    • D52 1-Piston Calipers provide high-strength, extreme-duty braking power.  They are completely brand new cast steel calipers, not rebuilt.
    •  D52 calipers provide low-maintenance performance with high temperature reliability for the street and track.  
    • The kit contains hardened slide pins and semi-metallic, high friction pads.
    • These Brake kits require at least 15" diameter wheels.
    • Kit includes parts for both front wheels:
      • 1.00" thick by 11" O.D. 1-piece rotors/hats
      • 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern & 7/16" studs 
      • Spindles with strong 4140 steel construction
      • Steering arms that fit stock tie rod ends
      • Disc brake caliper brackets
      • Dust shields/backing plates
      • D52 1-piston cast iron calipers (2-13/16" piston)

  • Southwest Speed Tubular Upper & Lower Control Arms (Part #101-9169 & #101-9371):
    • Control Arms include ball joints, shafts, bushings, and bumpers
    • Upper shafts and lower bushings mount in stock locations & ball joints fit in stock spindles. 
    • Specifically designed to plant the tires to the ground in hard cornering, allowing the suspension to keep the proper geometry.
    • The upper arms weigh approximately 8.5 lbs each with everything installed and the lower arms weigh approximately 14.5 lbs. 
    • These arms are the perfect compliment to any race car, hot rod, or restoration.
