Brand New Pitman Arm & Drag Link for the 1963-1964 Chevy Impala. These items are designed to put on the the GM Manual Steering Boxes and the newer model Small GM Metric Power Steering Boxes on 63-64 Impalas. These are new pieces produced by Southwest Speed Inc. (SWS Part #107-1450 & #107-2237).
The "Small GM Metric" Power Steering Box is commonly referred to as a 605 series Saginaw box. It began being used in 1978 and was used from that point forward on about 1/2 of all GM cars. This box is distinct for its round, ring-retained housing cover, as opposed to the square housing cover that other GM Power Steering boxes have. This Small 605 Power box is a popular addition to these cars. These parts also work as OEM replacements for the GM manual steering boxes in the proper application.
Applications:
- Fits the 605 Small GM Metric Power Steering box and the manual steering box, the stock idler arm, and the stock tie rod ends on the following cars:
- 1963-64 Chevy Impala
In our store, we have this drag link and pitman arm available individually. We also have a kit with these items with the idler arm and with tie rod linkage kits.
