Hooker BlackHeart has quickly become the leader in LS and LT engine swaps and we are excited to announce new products for 1988-2000 GM C1500 Trucks/SUVs (GMT400 or "OBS"). This transmission crossmember adapter is designed to allow the use of a Tremec T-56 or T-56 Magnum transmission along with Hooker BlackHeart Engine Swap Mount Brackets (choose between Part #BHS552 (LS), #BHS553 (LT), or deluxe brackets #BHS554 (LS/LT rear-biased position).

Utilizing the factory 1988-2000 C1500 700RW/4L60/4L60E transmission crossmember, driveshaft, and engine isolator mounts will complete the list of items that will result in a trouble-free install.

NOTE: Designed for use with Hooker Blackheart LS or LT Engine Swap Mounts, a factory transmission crossmember (15732250), and Hooker Blackheart 71223029HKR (black) or 71223030HKR (red) transmission mounts.

NOTE: If using a 4th-gen F-Body T-56, mount directly to the crossmember. If using a T-56 Magnum, you will use the small spacer (with 3 holes).
