AGGRESSIVELY STYLED AND MODELED AFTER THE POPULAR SPRINT CAR HEADERS, THESE ARE ALSO OUR MOST POPULAR T-ROADSTER HEADERS. DESIGNED TO ROUTE THE EXHAUST OVER AND OUTSIDE THE FRAME RAILS AND THEN DOWN THE SIDES OF THE VEHICLE, THESE ARE A GREAT CHOICE FOR MOST ANY ROADSTER WITH A SMALL BLOCK FORD ENGINE. ORIGINALLY TAKEN FROM THE SPRINT CAR DESIGN THESE EXPOSED SMALL BLOCK FORD HEADERS WORK GREAT ON RODS WITHOUT HOOD SIDES, BUT ARE OFTEN USED WITH SIDE SKIRTS TRIMMED UP TO FIT AROUND THE HEADERS ALSO. THESE HEADERS ARE GROUND PARALLEL WITH .350" FLANGES ON THE CYLINDER HEAD SURFACE, AND FEATURE 1-5/8" PRIMARY TUBES WITH 3-1/2" OPEN COLLECTORS, COMPLETE WITH HEADER BOLTS AND GASKETS. OPEN COLLECTORS ARE DESIGNED TO HAVE THE EXHAUST EXTENSIONS OR MUFFLERS SLIPPED OVER THE 3-1/2" COLLECTOR, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF RING WELDED TO THE END OF THE COLLECTOR.     STAINLESS HEADER TUBING WHEN EXPOSED TO EXHAUST TEMPERATURE WILL CAUSE THE FINISH TO CHANGE COLOR WHICH WILL VARY WITH THE EXHAUST TEMPERATURES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FINISH OF THE HEADER WHEN THE ENGINE IS STARTED WILL CHANGE TO A LIGHT CHAMPAGNE COLOR TO A DARKER GOLD FINISH AND IN SOME INSTANCE MAY EVEN TURN DARK BLUE OR PURPLE. THIS CAN BE POLISHED OUT WHEN UTILIZING BLUE-AWAY OR SIMI-CHROME POLISH, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN THE HEADERS REACH RUNNING TEMPERATURE, THEY MAY CHANGE COLOR AGAIN. NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS ON POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

    PLEASE REFER TO THE HEADER MEASUREMENT CHART BELOW TO MAKE SURE THE HEADER WILL FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION BEFORE ORDERING. IN THE EVENT YOU ORDER A HEADER THAT WILL NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE HEADER. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE HEADER THE FINISH WILL BE PROTECTED AND MUST REMAIN UNSCRATCHED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU BEND OR DIMPLE ANY OF THE TUBES OR SCRATCH THE FINISH, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE HEADER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. USE CARE WHEN TRIAL FITTING HEADERS. REPACK THEM WELL TO PREVENT DAMAGE RETURNING THEM TO US. WE WONT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR SCRATCHED, DIMPLED, DENTED, OR BENT HEADERS.
