THEY WILL WORK FOR INSTALLING SMALL BLOCK CHEVROLET ENGINES IN MANY DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS AND ARE GREAT FOR ENGINE SWAPS, WHERE A SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED HEADER IS NOT AVAILABLE. FEATURES 1 5/8" TUBES WITH 2 1/2" COLLECTORS, COMPLETE WITH HEADER BOLTS & GASKETS AND REDUCER BOLTS & GASKETS. THESE HEADERS ARE GROUND PARALLEL WITH .350" FLANGES ON THE CYLINDER HEAD SURFACE. INCLUDED IS A PAIR OF 2 1/2" TO 2 1/4" REDUCERS TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. DESIGNED PRIMARILY FOR ENGINES WITH FRONT MOUNTS. CERAMIC HOT COATING (CHC) IS A HEAT RESISTANT,CERAMIC COATING APPLIED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HEADER. THIS COATING WILL REFLECT HEAT, WHICH HELPS RETAIN MORE HEAT WITHIN THE HEADER TUBE, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY SPEEDING UP THE EXHAUST FLOW. NOT ONLY WILL THIS COATING HELP YOU MAKE MORE HORSEPOWER, IT ALSO KEEPS YOUR HEADERS RUST-FREE, LOOKING GREAT, AND LASTING LONGER (WHEN PROPERLY MAINTAINED).     • REQUIRE AN OFFSET BOX END WRENCH FOR SERVICE.

    WARNING: CHC COATINGS WILL BURN AND BE DAMAGED AT EXHAUST TEMPERATURES OVER 1300 DEGREES. A LEAN FUEL MIXTURE CAN GENERATE EXHAUST TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING 1700-1900 DEGREES. IF THE COATING IS DAMAGED DUE TO A LEAN CONDITION, THE COATING WILL NOT BE WARRANTED, BUT CAN BE RECOATED FOR A FEE. NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS ON CERAMIC HOT COATED EXHAUST ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

IN THE EVENT YOU ORDER A HEADER THAT WILL NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE AND APPLICATION, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND, PROVIDING YOU DONT DAMAGE THE HEADER. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE HEADER, THE FINISH WILL BE PROTECTED AND MUST REMAIN UNSCRATCHED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU BEND OR DIMPLE ANY OF THE TUBES OR SCRATCH THE FINISH, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE HEADER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND. USE CARE WHEN TRIAL FITTING HEADERS.
